Which Terms Are Mandatory to Follow?
1. Eligibility to Use the Service
To use 1 bit's services, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Registration on this platform is strictly prohibited for minors and is legally enforceable. All information provided during account creation must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1 bit reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information at any time. Each user may only create one account, and creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
2. Account Security & Password
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. 1 bit will not be liable if you share your password with anyone else or if unauthorized access to your account occurs. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. We recommend changing your password regularly as a security measure. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited, and any such activity, if detected, will result in permanent account closure.
3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on 1 bit are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳) and must be completed using approved payment methods. Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals, and payments will be withheld until verification is complete. In the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, the platform reserves the right to immediately freeze the account and conduct an investigation. Please refer to the FAQ section for the latest guidelines on minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts.
4. Prohibited Activities
Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Bots, automated software, or any unauthorized tools may not be used to operate games. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities will result in legal action. Any attempt to harass, defraud, or harm other users will be grounds for immediate account termination. 1 bit reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities of any suspicious behavior.
5. Right to Modify Terms & Conditions
1 bit reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the page, and continued use of the platform will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms. If you object to any term, please stop using the platform and contact our support team. Bangladesh's prevailing laws will apply in the event of any dispute.
